00VI Gasket and vacuum lines

I am going to do my 00VI swap sometime in October. I am porbably going to tackle it over 1 week period while I rebuild my suspension, but I hope to have all parts on hand before I start the project, I know from past projects running around and mail ordering part is what often takes the most time.

I am going to doing

00VI Upper (vacuum ports already done)
Already drilled 4th Gen LIM
4th Gen Injectors
4th Gen Fuel Rail
4th Gen Throttle Body
4th Gen IACV
00 EGR Guide Tube
00 Rear Valve Cover
00 Real Coils

I also have a

00 Air Intake Box
Summit RPM Switch

I am going to be buying a 4th Gen IACV and TB adapter from Stephen Max as well.

What do I need for gaskets?

00VI Upper to lower
2 4th Gen LIM Gaskets
I have one EGR gasket (I assume it the one on the 00VI UIM), is their a lower gasket on the exhaust manifold?
Throttle Body?
IACV?
00VI valve cover gasket
Any other gaskets

What about Vacuum lines sizes? and how much (length) do I need to buy?
I have some silicon 4mm and 6mm laying around.

Any other parts I am missing that could cause delays?

Usually the gaskets on the 00vi UIM, TB, EGR guide tube. come built into the 00vi and are "lifetime" gaskets. the only one i replace is the old brown looking one on the uimto lim...the lim gaskets are metal and normally never go bad.

since your doing the 00vi i would plan on doing valve cover gaskets anyways. do you already have all the proper bolts? as far as vacuum lines just cut a small portion of the hoses you need take them to advanced auto and they will give you as much as you need
