My '02 Maxima is currently using Nav version 5.4. I have an opportunity to purchase a version 5.1 but don't know if it will be backward compatible since I've been running a version 5.4 CD for many years. Does anyone know if the version 5.1 will work in my Nav system?

Wait, why would you go from a newer version back to a older? Is the 5.4 giving you problems?

 

My version 5.4 is for the northeast...I recently moved my car to Florida.
