What are your needs? Stock ride? Performance? Do plan you plan on lowering the car?

Performace Peddler carries Tokico at the best prices.

There are a number of commonly applied options for the 5th gen, with a wide range of costs. Try searching through the Maxima.org website. I've heard it's a pretty good place for researching Maxima mods.

Here's the link: https://maxima.org/

Depends what you want.
For example:

-OEM-like replacement?
-Planning on lowering springs?
-Adjustable stiffness?

The list goes on. Either be specific and tell us what characteristics you want in your new struts, or just search. In about 10 min, you'll learn what your best options are.

save and spend the 800 to get coilovers....well worth it...adjustable to when you want a soft or harsh performance ride

I just purchased 2 new front struts from Amazon.com, oddly enough they were the cheapest and had free shipping. Already sitting on 132,000 miles so I'm not trying to go to sporty with it. Upgrading the blown struts and changing the headlight assemblies to Angel Eyes to freshen the look.

Is there much of a difference between gr2's and illuminas? its just a daily driver and im doing it soley for the look. Would the illuminas be more worth the extra $200 for just a dailey driver? I have H-techs sitting ready to be installed.
