TX FS: VQ35, CATTMAN Hearders, Black Interior, Sprint Springs/AGX
SOLD!: VQ35, CATTMAN Hearders, Black Interior, Sprint Springs/AGX
SOLD!! Thank you Maxima.org
Ok... well here is the deal.. I purchased this car:
1995 maxima-swaped 3.5w/cattman headers-many new parts-project car
About a year and a half ago.. It ran great, the only issue I had with it was the short. (which would drain the battery if it wasn't driven for a week or so). Well recently while doing a interior swap, I had an issue with the car starting. It has nothing to do with the interior swap, but I seem to have a short in the ignition relay (a bad ground). Wally aka NoPike was kind enough to help over the phone.. the only problem is I'm a complete idiot and didnt have enough time to work on it myself. Anyhow.. I sent the car to 3 shops (2 auto electricians, and 1 shop) 2 turned me down due to the "modifications" the car had... althought I told them where the issue was they... overlooked it, and continued to look at the unplugged sensors.
Long story short... I have no reputable shop's here willing to take on the task of figuring out the issue or helping me solve it... typical small town BS.
So... I'm selling the complete car is a project/parts car... (clear/clean Tx title at hand) The car has the following parts listed as per the original seller (I have not taken anything out, if anything I've put a few extras)
Flaws: no carpet (car was suppose to be gutted), spoiler/wing was removed and patched up (the shop I took it to, did a crudy job with paint on the rear trunk lid), Car has AIRBAGS (due to the interior swap) but does not have the CONTROL unit to deploy them
Sunroof worked, pwr windows worked, only interior piece missing are the C pillars in the rear.
I'm suggesting this car be picked up as a parts car.... it probably still runs (actually I'm more than sure it runs, its just an electrical issue), but... I dont have the time no the funds to figure it out.. So I would prefer to sell the vehicle with everything on it to one seller. You can part it out from there
new welded front radiator support, if you know maximas, they rust badly after time, this was like an $800 job alone..there was a time when I was dedicated to spending all the money that would be needed to fix this car up
*freshly painted jet black, no dents, car has spoiler (car has a paint scrap on the passenger side, nothing a little buffing cant take out)
*I35 motor had about 50,xxx miles on it went bought from junk yard (I've put about 1500-2000 mils since I got the car)
*car has NEW brakes(oem)
*new sprint springs on new agx's, great height and ride
*cattman headers, no leaks
*aftermarket 17's, nice looking 6 spoke with general exclaim(90% tread) (car probably has 60% tread now)
*new interstate battery (Diehard battery)
*mandrel bent B-pipe, greddy muffler, a lil louder than I prefer, ha, but sounds really good when reved up.. this car is great for a maxima lover.. I wish wish wish I had more time for it
*many other various new parts, new fender, bumper, etc...
car is debaged which I think makes it look really clean, no stickers or any of that crap..
I'm asking $1000 as is.. (I will not part out yet)
Here are some current pics of the actual car

The paint scrap:
