I was able to bump the timing +2 degrees on my 07 Maxima, but I also bumped the timing on my wife's 07 Murano and gave her a performance tune since she was saying that she felt her SUV was slow.

My Maxima and Murano do feel more peppy now that I did the timing, but my wife is sad that we had to sell the tuner and return her tune back to stock. I think she might have been bitten by the mod bug =)
