Launch X431 VS Consult II Scanners

Which one has more and better options? My understanding is that the X431 would be the better one of the two because obviously it can do a lot more cars than Nissan only.

Can the Launch X431 do all the stuff the Consult II can do? My main concern is programming the NATS with the X431. Im pretty sure it is capable of doing that but I just need some confirmation.

In my experience, car manufacturers have proprietary functions built into cars and the corresponding scanners that legally cannot be accessed by aftermarket scanners. VW/Audi and GM do it that I know of.

Does anyone on the forum program keys and immobilizers with a unit other than the Nissan Consult II or III? If so, please shed some light on models and price ranges. Thanks!
