electrical question - keeping cornering lights on a few seconds after turn

What electrical component would I need if I wanted to make my 3rd gen cornering/clearance lights stay on for 2-3 seconds after the turn signal shuts off?

Also, what electrical component would I need if I wanted to delay the auto seatbelt from engaging by about 10 seconds?

about seatbelt - it is purely mechanical device that involve centrifugal force (when you pull belt fast enough) to engage i dont see place where you would connect anything electrical there. why? wanna prank someone?

if i get you right with turn light. i think easiest way is building custom electronic circuit with counter, relay, some logic gates, haha not easy enough to bother.

I misworded that: by engaging i mean when the door closes and the belt fastens over your head on the track. thats controlled by when the door is opened/closed.

Use a DEI-528T to retain the cornering lamps on and a second one to delay automatic shoulder belt engage.

What, where, and how your going to connect to the 528T, I'm not familiar enough with the 3rdgen wiring.
