saw a maroonish 97-99 maxima lowered with 18s at about 7 pm today on i-10 going towards kenner. we were in a beige 96 maxima and passed you a few times

 

I didnt go out tonite, if it was me and you beep I ll pull over, my car is black.

I went out last night though. But hit me up on the email I think tomorrow I will be doing some suspension work once again, maybe knock another half coil off my car etc... and then I placed the cup on my rear konis upside down so I have to fix that tomorrow as well.

Most likely a non member here. Matt, you, and I all have black Maximas, so it couldn't be any of us. Besides, I think Matt went out of town didn't he? And Keith has a beige 95 Maxima.

well, actually it may have been a black maxima.
btw the reason i thought it might have been jay25 is his license plate was JAY something and i knew he had a dark colored maxima with 18s.

 

I have Florida license plates on my car, and they dont say Jay on them either.

 

Man, it's pouring tonight! I was suppose to head out to race someone. A friend of mine told me a Honda CRX w/nitrous(that's what he claim, but my friend said he's just BSing)want to race me. The CRX guy doesn't know I have a SC. Furthermore, my car is stock looking now, so no signs of mods except for the exhaust. Guess we have to race next time. Hey, Jaime, you want to come along if we do set up the race again?

 

Surely will and I will bring my camcorder to post it on the internet since I have that thing that I can use that will make Mpegs. So if you spank him hes just going to have to invest in Nissan or a Toyota next time.

 

The race is set for tomorrow night, hopefully it won't rain again. Heard tomorrow will be cold, so that's even better for performance. So, I'll give you a call tomorrow if the race is still on. You know where Oakwood Mall is at? We were thinking of racing there at the long straightaway, the mall would be closed by then.

Alright then call me or page me I can make it since my wife is off but do keep in mind the mall is on extended hours. I am trying to find a blank tape and I just ran into some tapes from Japan so I am going to try to make a video with Japaneese cars. Too bad I didnt have my camcorder when this bad azzn skyline drove off from a light and you can hear his BOV loud as hell. I did find a Infiniti Q45 and a skyline, still searching.

Well, I'm back. The CRX guy never showed up, guess he chickened out. Maybe he thought I wouldn't show up? Anyway, I ended up racing my friend's cousin old model 300zx non-turbo. Yes, of course I beat him easily. He still got the jump on me a few times because of his 5spd. My friend, his cousin and his friends were all exciting. They said my car was really fast and blah...blah...blah. I know better though. More reason to get my hands on the '91 ZTT ASAP!

 

A '91 twin-turbo everyone will expect to be fast. A supercharged family sedan with the best V6 and now easily the fastest car in it's class ? Priceless...

Yes, I still go there. I parked in the pay parking lot from time to time if I can't find any other parking space.

If it is this CRX I think this is the one I raced a while back we both started even and he pulled away when I shifted to second but his little engine was screaming loud as hell I think I might have got him because of traffic I never got a chance to get into third.

You won't be seeing much of me in my Max from now on. My daughter just got her license on Friday and I haven't driven the car since! If you see a pretty blonde in a beige Max, please don't challenge her to a race; I can't afford the hike in insurance!

Too bad I only get to know you now. If not, I could have shown you the supercharger on my car. By the time school starts back up, my car will be back to stock. Do you know any other Maximas owner at UNO? I know of one other, his name is Marc, he has a 97-99 auto Maxima.

 

no i dont really know anyone but my friend raced a couple of
maximas at uno with his 3000gt ls...he raced a black one
with the stillen front lip..andi think he raced a purple silvery one that also has a stillen front lip...dont know if
he raced u tho...he says he beat the maximas at UNO with
his 3000gt

 

If I still have the SC, I'll eat his 3000gt ls for lunch. I doubt that he raced me because I don't remember racing a 3000 gt ls, I usually go looking for VR4s. I'm sure those Maximas at UNO don't have much/if any performance mods. Most Maximas I seen at UNO only have cosmetic mods, it doesn't help at all. I know I have the fastest Maximas at UNO for sure even when I take off my SC, my bolt ons Maxima is still pretty fast. I don't really care about looks, I'm into all out power.


However, by that time, I should have my 90+ 300ZXTT.


Btw, if you want to meet up shoot me an email. I could show you and give you a ride in my SC Maxima before the SC get taken out.

 

I dont go to UNO but I never raced a Mitsu before but can I race him too?, even though I have heavy wheels..

 

Since I'm going to keep my car now, if your friend want to race, I'm game. I won't have the SC anymore by that time, so it should be a good race.

That is me I was a petsmart with my wife and I was there last nite as well with Mike giving him a period of manual tranny instruction.

 

I think he's talking about the one on Manhattan near Lowe's. Right? I know there's a pet shop on Manhattan and one by my house near Best Buy. I don't know their names though.

 

yea theres two petstores near there...the one by lowes and super walmart is Petsmart which is the one i work at...and petco
is the one by bestbuy and barnes&nobles

 

My bad I went to that one with Tim and his wife to pick up a fish which is still alive, so me and Mike were in front of petco then last nite I went to that one with my wife, Is your car Modded in any way I dont remember seen any maximas in the parking lot? If you want a quick period of instruction on Friday on suspension perhaps you can meet up with us and just watch what me and Mike will do.
