No, this is only for later models than the 2004-2006. Sorry about that!

u will tell n include the instruction how to replace the old one?

No, it's the newest Map DVD with all updated routes, points of interest, etc. If you have a 2004 Maxima it will not work for you, sorry.

LOL, I happen to be online right now to respond. I had to contact a lawyer to protect myself and can't sell any of these legally it seems. I thought I could sell backup copies but I can't. I'm sorry.
