Guys,

I have had past topics on here on my car being retarded. I constantly have the codes for bank 2 sensor 2, both cam sensors, P1167 and im pretty sure i have another.

I am unsure as to why i still get these, as i have replaced all of these. Do you guys think there could be some sort of short somewhere in the system ? Also, my HID headlight went out (driver) What temp is it (4200k is my guess) and where it the best deal for a replacement. Thanks !

 

DAMN that sucks the lights is a 4300k...think the site is superbrightleds.com....

I also am thinking there is a short in my car, Sometimes when i get in the car, put ignition in, my instrument panel lights up, but the speedometer has a delay in lighting up. Any idea as to why this is happening ?

I know the feeling. I believe I have a short due to some faulty equipment somewhere. The car is noticeably effected when I play a CD or use the 12v power outlet for more than 30 mins. I starts to drive sluggishly and revs up and down sporadically. I spent many nights and have thrown many dollar at the problem in the past only to find out that I was fighting a losing battle.

I'd say forget about replacing those 02 sensors. Been there done that. They are most likely being thrown because of some other problem.

 

Should i take it to a shop ? get the electrical system checked out ?

 

Anyone have a clue ? gonna do a code check tonight and see what is coming up.

Might just order parts a bit later on as well.
