get to bond/glue plastic - (pic)

i found the problem after removing the grille. i have 2 questions. from the 1st pic, what kind of material can i use to permanently glue the headlight housing if that is what it is called. from the 2nd pic, when i pull that black plastic "tab" into the opening it loose or has a lot of play. i found it there only on the right but not the left. the bumper structure is bent?

For the 1st picture, I'd use this if it's just a piece of plastic that broke in half.

the way your reinforcement is bent im gonna say nothing is gonna make your **** flush again dude. except for a new reinforcement and possibly even some frame pulling.

also those clips on your bumper that you said had lots of play, they barely do **** so who cares.
