*THREE coilovers will need some attention. Car got hit in the front so that shock didn't make it.

*The lower mount was damaged, shock threads got messed up, and one of the top studs broke. Other 2 assembles will only need new shocks.

*Will come with TWO **** adjusters, and ONE coilover wrench.

So the threads got messed up on the one without a lower mount? How bad are the threads messed up, repairable? When you say that they got messed up and need replacing do you mean the rods are bent or the shocks are just blown?

 

Yes, threads on the one without the lower mount are mis-aligned and "wrinkled". I assume anything can be repaired, however I think it would take time...and they are blown as well, so a replaced shock would be better in my opinion.

lol dang, that is def. beyond easy repair. GLWS man. Oh and for anyone wondering shocks are $110 and the lower mount is $120 from k-sport. I think the lock collar is $15 and stud is $2.50. Not a bad deal!

That is correct.

The lower mounts are $120 before shipping and will take about 4 weeks to make. Well, that was the case for me when I asked ksport about a rear lower mount. It may be different for the front lower mount, it may not be.

 

$85 for front lower mount.

Well, most of the cleaning wouldn't be needed being that you'll be getting new shocks with clean threads. But, most of the work would be waiting for k-sport to ship the new parts to you and then you assemble. People assemble and dis-assemble these to clean and grease them now and then.

 

lol if your current rate of dropping the price continues I will happily buy them in approx 34 days.
