i never keep anything, i hate dirty cars/getting into other peoples cars when theres a empty McDonalds cup, chocolate bar wrapper on the ground, loose coins allover, a screwdriver on the ground, and a dirty shirt lol
all i ever keep is the owners manual and other important stuff in the glovebox and thats it. only extra thing the 3rd gen had was a toolbox in the trunk but now all of my tools are at work, exception is the Supra has a ton of parts i need to install in the hatch but thats it

I'm a full time student with a full time job, so my car looks like one of a teenager, with clothes and CDs and books everywhere. Not trash or food though; ****'s gross when people let it get dirty in that way.
Pogo stick in the back with the jack and road kit.
In the glovebox there's a tire gauge, papers, pens, and an old cellphone (no service - for emergencies in case my phone dies).
If a girl who's not a good friend has a chance of stepping into my car then I clean it spotless, which often means shoving all the **** in back.

Glovebox - Registration, Insurance, condoms, Navigation system charger/phone charger.
Center Console - Ipod, Navigation system, camera, stereo face holder, flashlight and napkins.
Cup-holder section: Very small bag with coins for meters. I rather waste $3 worth of quarters than $60 for a parking ticket.
Rear - Weekdays: Backpack & Books. Weekends: Nothing.
Trunk - Spare Tire, Basic Tools to remove tires (flat).
It gets very uncomfortable seeing things being unorganized. I don't know how people live with trash in their cars.
