i would believe so, considering there is no curve pipe going up to the headers in the front,

 

If thats cali spec you needa really put a price out there...those are kind of rare....cattman no longer mkes them

It's a Cattman Cali Y-Pipe, it fits 99-01 only, all the info and pics you are seeking are in the previous posts.

yes it is a cali ypipe...and yes it will only work on 99-01 with cali emissions,if you have federal emissions it will not work

 

is the top of the y cut off? or am i just missing something

 

There is no top or front portion that curves upward on a Cali Spec Y-Pipe, it is straight because it bolts up to the front exhaust manifold pre-cat on a 99-01 Cali Spec car.

If you need it for your 95 max, it won't work. You need to look for a 95-98 Fed-Spec or Cali Spec Y-Pipe.
