Was on another automotive forum running vBulletin and saw a section at the bottom of theirs that highligthed 5 threads with keywords similar to the thread I was in.

Then clicking on one of those threads brought up another 5 new related threads at the bottom.

Is that a function that could be used here on the .org too? Would it cut down on manual searches saving server resources any?

 

i've seen that on other forums but what i have noticed is that it would bring up alot of older posts and therefore people keep bring old threads back to life without realizing how old the threads are.

I don't mind the search function, just wish it could narrow down a bit better. Maybe I need to learn up on the proper keywords. Anyways, just my $0.02.
