Had their kit for over a year and no issues, maybe things changed. when I ordered I called in my order so not sure what changed

yeah a couple people said they have gone down hill and they did not have problems with the old stuff and i heard a while back they actually had good customer service! LOL!

just read those pages of complaints on the links i posted. what a nightmare!
