Should i change my stock struts
I have a 97 maxima with 18x8 rims on it.It has 34000 miles and it has that 4x4 look .Im thinking of getting the H&R springs, but i dont know if i should keep my stock GXE struts. Please let me know what is the best and most effective way to do this. Im not looking to spend that much money but i surely want to get a long lasting quality .Thank you .

If you're getting new springs, definitely get new struts. Avoid Tokicos. Buy and install them both at the same time. Install them yourself, it's not that hard. Search.
There, I think I covered everything...

Others have said that their stock shocks were good afterwards but you take your chances. Good luck!

and my shocks are making this squikey kinda noiselike and old door closing now i know that means i need new shocks i am gonna get the KYB one from greg i think (custommaxima.com) but anyways get new shocks and maybe think about eibach cause the drop is a hair more and they arent as bouncy as H & R. ThanksJay from CT
I have eibach springs and tokico struts, and I don't know what all the crap on tokico is. I don't have any problems so far and it's been about 25k miles since I put them on. But deffinetly get both. It will save you time with the install. And you should deffinetly do it your self. Very easy just need to rent spring compressors from the local part store. Have fun!
