Transmission TSB - Is this the fix?

While I was looking around for the fix for my P0158 code (I think I've got it) I noticed TSB ITB00028A (http://www.allworldauto.com/tsbs/NHT...in_157527.html) my friend decided to take a look and saw a solenoid 'kit' that Nissan issued that seems to relate to the issue. It was in another thread on here and the part number is 31940-80X25. Would this be the solution? I ask since in yet another thread, I mentioned how my trans will sometimes not be super smooth at shifting (and kind doesn't fully shift into the gear, first dropping RPM when shifting, then a few more[It's not my putting pressure on the pedal], along with the flaring/slipping I experience) unless it has been running for quite a while. I plan on going to the dealer tomorrow to make sure a fix on this was never applied. I checked my VIN with what was on the TSB site and saw my VIN is way before (My Date off Manufacture is July 1999, so I assume I have one of the first 2000s). While at the dealer, I also plan to make sure that the O2 sensor I plan on buying is the correct one so that friggin SES light won't come back on (not sure if P0158 relates to an upstream or downstream [before or after the cat] sensor). Thanks for any info!
