No longer need this phone since I've gotten the iPhone. The Torch is unlocked and will work on AT&T, T-Mobile and any other SIM network as far as I know. It has normal wear such as a couple tiny scratches on the screen and the chrome on the sides is a bit scratched as well. You can easily replace it and make the phone look like new. The phone operates just the way its supposed to.
