bump..have 6spd bushings, front strut mounts, BOP, make an offer otherwise is all garbage...

 

This coil is brand new never used? I'm going to replace all six of mine.

yes, i thought i had a bad coil, so i bought this. i just took it outta the box. the prob went away, so i kept the coil in the car just in case. car is sold so i dont need it anymore..

Gotcha I will keep in touch, my buddy is a tech at Nissan, he checked the car and said to change them all :'(

 

really? i thinks it impossible for all the coils to go bad at once....or your buddy isnt such a good tech..

Lol he just figures change em all and save myself the headache but it may be a vacuum leak, gonna do further testing. I will keep you posted. Glws!

 

ha, no problem. like i said, never seen all 6 go at once, do you have any codes? only reason i bought the stupid thing is i got a p0302 and had the symptoms of a bad coil, ordered it, problem went away on its own, and i sold the car. that prob happened like last winter too...

 

jesus weird i had the same code, swapped it with a free coil from my buddy and before i even did it went away lol. ****ing maximas! Now im getting two p0300 codes, my buddy from nissan says swap em all and dont worry later but me and my friend the boosted VQ master is gonna check it out tonight, about an hour or so. i will let you know what we find.
