I purchased a nissan preowned preferred secutiy+ warranty. I think I over paid. I have 60 days to get a refund... Can I call another dealer and purchase another warranty and then get my money back?

Just get your money back. Aftermarket warranties are a ripoff. Generally they require you to take the car to a shop for things like oil changes, auto trans service and other periodic maintenance. If you can't prove that preventative maintenance was performed, they won't pay for a repair. Your word saying that you changed the oil doesn't count.
