04 maxima

I'm looking for some answer on my 04 maxima if i replace the ecu and the engine harness will i need to reprogram my keys?

thanks L36 but how can i tell if my key is still program because my car would not start n my mechanic said it was the wire harness i replaced it n still nothing please help
