well for the spacers kits the only diferance that I saw was that they are made of different materials but they serve exactly the same purpose and both work exactly th same except one can be reused many times opose to the other, am I correct?

One set has 5 pieces, the other 3. One set is Phenolic and can be reused over and over, the other is of a different material that is recommended for only a few applications; (meaning removing and re-installing the UIM.)

OP, you're asking vague, simplistic and open-ended questions about a product that has volumes of information. There are countless threads on Phenolic Intake Spacers. Please go read one.
