Nope. They're the same.

I'll have to take a look at the VB's that I have and make sure it is indeed the stage II.

interested for stock VB also if it fits 00-01. I actually need TCC solenoid. How much shipped to 85041? Can you also post pics so that I can compare whether it will fit 00-01s or not?

That picture is meant to show the A32 and A33 being different. My 02-03 solenoids didn't fit the VB I had, which was a 4th gen VB.

A32 = 95-99, A33 = 00-03, that pic shows the difference between A32 and A33 VB's.

95-99 are the same.

00-03 are the same.

95-99 are different than 00-03.

What would it take to get the stocker to Stage II (and what the heck is a stage II)?

you need to search "vb mod" on the org and you will get all the info you need.

Found it...

The way Max tuning used to state it as thius:
Stage I = stock replacement
Stage II = a little aggressive, strong crisp feeling
Stage II.5 = Still streetable and more aggressive,
Stage III = Race only, very aggressive/harsh for DD'ing.

So your saying that MaxTuning just upgrades the solenoids? I'm sure there's drilling involved like the HD-2 kit.

No, its not an upgrade of solenoids. It is recommended that you replace your solenoids when doing the vb mod(think its an OEM only part) they are only 80 bucks if you order as a kit. There is drilling involved but no on your part. If you get it from Maximum Tuning all you have to do is install it, unless you pick it up yourself they'll install it for you(Just noticed your in Texas).

Your best bet is to just give them a call and see if they have any ready. I'm sure any other questions you have regarding this Mod can be answered by the org or them. good luck
