swirl valve? i have a code 1165 or 1130. i live in n.c and do not have a swirl valve. on my car. i have taken the upper and lower intake off. still notting. thanking my ecu? but not sure. car will crank but idles rough. then dies if i give it gas. please help

Swirl valves are on 99's cali spec only. Are you saying you don't have a Cali spec?
