What would you pay for my car
Im thinking of selling the 02 and just paying off my 04 g35 and letting my wife have it. I will probably get a truck or suv. I want to know real world what its worth. 02 se has 103k on the clock all original with black leather and power seats bose and all that. The car was repainted a couple months ago to majestic blue and done the right way. The wheels are 6th gen 18"s with michelin tires.
What would you pay.

An optioned out 5.5 gen auto around here goes for around 5,500-6,500 around here, and up to 7,500 if it's on a dealer's lot. Being it's Florida and our summers are hot and extremely humid, having a functional a/c is crucial to selling the car and will drop the value around 1,000 if it's not working, since that's the average a/c repair cost if you have to take it into a shop to have it repaired.
Just a few weeks ago, I saw a 5.5 auto on CL listed for 4,500 cause the guy was getting a divorce and needed the money. The listing was pulled two days later he sold it that quick.

Either that or it was a scam..
I remember a few years ago I ran into that scam. Was lookin for a bike, saw an R1 (or R6 cant remember) for a a really good price something like $3000. The lady claimed she got the bike in the divorce and needed to get rid of it... Yada yada yada.. After a few emails back and forth. I start getting the. Ohh the bike is in texas but I'm in Iowa. I can have it shipped to you for XXX I just need your XXX information and blah blah..
Nowadays I catch on to those scams in their first reply. Anyways back on topic. I'll bump mine up to $3900 if you include the seatbelts.
