Replaced passenger window motor/regulator, now switch is reversed

Pressing the switch down makes the front passenger window roll up and vice versa. I think I had the key in the on position when R/R the window motor. Same behavior on the DS window controls. Do I need to reset the BCM and if so does that reset anything else?

Umm...is the connector from the motor/regulator keyed? Try reversing it, I think you plugged in backwards.

Pretty sure it was - can't think of any connectors on the car that aren't keyed. This part was from RockAuto, maybe it was a factory mistake?
