Here's where I ran mine on my 96 max, pretty much the same as yours. There was a empty rubber plug so I just pulled it out an ran the wire in there, then down an under my driver side door sills an behind the back seat

Very easy. Pull out rubber circle cap. You can't miss it.

Ok so run it thru the fire wall after I take out the rubber plug? I'll check it out today, I'm going to the junk yard today to look around and there's hundreds of Bose maximas and cars alike, my question outside of this is are all Bose subwoofers the same? There like 8 bucks and I was gonna replace the bottom part just to see if it would stop cutting out (still isn't gonna stop my new set up was just curious)

Can you post a pic from the inside to where it comes out of? I think I ran my 95 Max power wire thru a different spot near the wheel it had other wires with it but I can't remember where may have been the wheel well

On i35 location is not the same as on 95 model. Speaking of subwoofer, its common problem but not all stock subs have it. When I had stock sub, I fixed the cut off problem for $100 with 1 year warrant. But aftermarket sub sounds much better. Now I have 8" infinity sub and dont get any rattles like I had on stock sub. Bass sounds a lot deeper and clean
