Love the SE! And it actually looks really good in white, and I'm not a fan of white cars. They let you do limo tint in Maryland? Lucky

Well, not quite 35% is the legal limit here, but the cops are fairly lenient since where i live is pretty much the middle of nowhere. Nothing but farms and back roads here, with one major highway (I70) that is about a 20 minute drive away So the tint really isnt a problem haha

I get about 19/20 doing mainly city driving. Remember, this is a maxima, not your Integra, Phatboi.

Im just starting to keep track of actual MPG, im going to fill up today and see what happens. I wouldn't really call the driving around here city or highway, so this could be interesting haha

You use 92/93 octane Premium unleaded yes? How long since your fuel filter was changed? If more than 30K, change it now. That'll help the mpgs.

i know that question wasnt directed to me, but i never changed my fuel filter nor my air filter since i had the car, the only things i never touched. i'd take the air filter out and knock it out, but never changed it

Thinking about painting the white part of the grill black so that it blends in, you know the part where its like a white bar horizontal across and meets the Nissan emblem in the middle?? Any thoughts on this would be appriciated. Also thinking about getting a back lip kit

before you PAINT it, try this stuff called Plasti-Dip. It goes on like spraypaint, but if you don't like it you can peel it off relatively easily. I got mine from Ace Hardware, locally to me (Seattle). Check around, hardware stores sometimes carry it.

edit: of those two above, I personally like the top ones (all clear). If you want to go darker, you can buy this stuff called niteshades and smoke the clears a little bit.

Since you have the dark tint, I would go with black bumper lights. Might as well get the smoked clear tails too

I think it was like 8 bucks for a can

It lasts awhile, too. I've sprayed 4 splash guards, and 5 wiper arms, 3 coats each, and I've got a LOT left in the first can

Blacked out the corners, i think they look better then clears, and they create a good contrast to the white body

I live in Mt. Airy/Westminster area, about a 30min drive from Frederick. I put Frederick because it was the closest big(ish) city around haha

Not gunna lie, i used your car as an inspiration for how i wanted mine to look

I like how it looks, but i was questioning whether or not to do the white columns on the inside of each headlight beside the grill

You could always try some plastidip on the middlebar of the grill. I originally painted the grill all black (car is a GLE so the oe grill was chrome > ]

I did the vertical bars in white last year, wanted something more than the solid black grill
