Police Officer friend of mine for 15yrs owns an engraving business. This post is for (one) license plate cover with YOUR custom wording engraved on it. The font of the lettering can be just about whatever you want it to be, so yours can be different from anybody else's. He said it will run $35 plus shipping. The piece is not that stamped metal from autozone, it is a black anodized aluminum unit with YOUR engravings...which is why it cost what it costs.

He can also do plain aluminum for $5 more. More because he has to buy an etching spray to blacken in the engraved areas.
