Are these painted or powdercoated?... My wheels have to come off pretty often for axles or tires so paint wouldn't last long...

They are 45mm,and plenty enough the extend not sure but we will see.

not really, but any anodized products will fade however it depends on the process. Our stuff are hard to fade since we do put a lot efforts into.
