Anything else I should do while I'm in here?

Changing valve cover gaskets, knock sensor and intake manifold gaskets. Going to clean the egr tube, iacv and pretty much anything I can reach.

Clean EGR tube/ Replace gaskets.
Give the IM a clean as well/Replace gasket.
Clean TB/Replace Gasket.
Spark Plugs.
Spark Plug tube seals.
Clean IACV/Replace gasket
Replace PCV Valve/Grommet, Also replace the hose the goes to the PCV Valve
Since the IM is going to be off, its a good chance to replace the coolant line that connects to the TB and IM if I am correct. I forgot what its called. Someone correct me on this.
Replace your air/fuel filter.

Do NOT use a Fram air filter. I drove 17 miles with a Fram air filter and my gas gauge was in the middle between full and the next line down. After that trip, I was at the 2nd line down. It killed my gas mileage.

In addition to this, get some NWP spacers and pick up some ponies. (no need to buy OEM IM gasket if you do this mod)

And change the grommit while the cover is still off. They get brittle and fall into the valve cover.

While you've got all those parts off you should go ahead and install an 00VI
