These eyelids are precision cut out of real carbon fiber laminate. With the adhesive already on the back, you only need to clean the area, prep with adhesion promoter, peel and stick.

Here's the story on them. Let's start with price. They cost me hundreds to make but at this point, I'm looking to sell them at $100/set just to get them out there since only 1 other person has them to my knowledge.

They are an insert that replaces the metal insert on your door sills.
They are prototypes so there is a minor issue.. Not a difficult one as you can see from the installation above..
Its only minor imperfections on the prototypes, the width was off by 1/8 of an inch which you need to trim with an exacto knife to fit and the other issue, which I did not catch was that the font used left the center of the 'A' loose, which means its separate and you need to glue that down.

You will need to buy the parts to light it up yourself. For the above installation, I used something like this: http://www.glowhut.com/electrolumine...connector.html

I had them made as a personal challenge to come up with a way to make light up door sills for the 6th gen when no one was making them.

There are three sets, 1 CF like above and 2 Aluminum (like the aluminum dash kits).
