Price is not high, especially if you think a plug and play 4th gen maxima harness comes with it. Did you check the prices in your link? $384.98 just for the unit and $232.98 for the plug and play harness for your car.

Short story, no this unit does not come with the specific plug and play harness for your car (I don't know why you even suspected that). It comes with the universal harness, I'm open to offers if you are serious.

GLWS. Tip of the hat for this guy. I purchased a Greddy E-Manage Ultimate with a plug and play harness. The item was just like he described and he even sat on the phone and help me through the installation. Buy with confidence.

I looked it up, you basically do it the same way as you would with the emanage by creating a dummy MAF map to spit out to the ecu. I never got that far with it though.
