Stillen front lip 3M not sticking good or something...

I installed my Stillen lip on Friday and i came outside yesterday and it seems like that 3M tape is not sticking good or making good contact.. Its stable in the middle but then it comes out to the sides, it seems to fit kind of wobbly if you get what I mean. Has anyone did anything extra to make sure the lip is a tight fit because its getting real aggravating..it seems to just be one side.........

used rubbing alcohol to clean the lip where the 3M tape was going to go, then followed Stillen's instructions on their site. the screws and 3M tape hold it all on pretty well

I usually clean up the area well and heat up the tape.

Yeah i just went outside and pulled the sides back off and cleaned the surface area real good with alcohol and applied the lip again. I think the issue was that I had the lip positioned to low and the tape wasn't making good contact. I think its good now...time will tell.

Yeah I used it on the middle part of the lip but on the Stillen install instructions when it said you won't get a second chance, I wasn't sure about that. I think it will be fine without the promoter.
