Hearing a whining sound from the Trans

Hear a whining sound from the Trans when I am pullin in my driveway and when I was pullin in to work today. Cause when I was in the drive way was when I first heard it and I put it in neutral and didn't hear the sound but when it was in reverse or drive I would the noise tryin to see if anybody else has the same problem

Yeah I have heard a whining sound when I turn my wheel like..its definitely noticeable. Usually happens more often in the cold. I can't figure it out. Took it to Nissan and they said nothing was wrong..they aren't the brightest individuals out there.

it's a nissan, just learn to adjust to it.

nissan's have a tendency to feel like it's about to fall apart and yet keep running.

It's one of those strange things that just somehow works out.

How many miles are on your Maxima? Are you asking how you go about changing the CVT fluid?

Yeah that's possobly why not sure how to go about changing it. I'm at 28,400 miles on my Max and some dealers try and tell you to change it at 30,000 but love how the manual says you can do it than but dont need to but def by 60,000 miles I'll look into changing mine more like at 40 - 45k
