coilover question?!?
coilover question?!?
So after looking for coilovers i havent seen a sst cheaper than 800, i came across 240sx coilovers and they look identical to our 4th gen setup.....u guys think i can use 240sx coilovers with littl to no modifications? I seen a fully adjustabke set for like 500
I think the s chassis suspension is different and it will be very difficult to do. If you plan to do your own work go for it and let us know how it went. If not it might cost more to modify it than just buy the right ones.
Just think about what you said......you are wanting to go cheap on a part that has everything to do with acceleration, deacceleration, braking, steering.....go buy a honda! J/K
Honestly, don't rush it save and buy them. I was going to purchase the ground Control and realized it just isn't worth it. If you want adjustible make sure you buy good quality and that comes with cost. If you are just wanting to drop it a little research lowering springs and be done for a few hundred....but shortly after that you will be buying struts and then you are back as spending very close to the price you were going to pay in the beginning for the Coilovers. I say I would deal with what you have and save up for them if you don't have the full amount.
