just to help you out here, since your info states ur a 99, and if so you are a 99 model year, you can only use a 99-01 maxima ac compressor, other year compressors wont line up to the ac feed lines, so get yourself a 99-01 compressor

No the motor is blown and there is a giant hole in the side of the oil pan / block
