i used 225/40/18 and 245/40/18 but wouldve bumped up to 235 or 245 in front and 265 in rear to fill in more.

the fit on the 4th gen is great, which I can say since i have a 99. super flush but not pokey or too aggressive. very healthy fit.
with the BBK, i cant give a definitive answer, but the shape of the sp1 spokes gives clearance so, there's that
