Test the TPS first then check cam sensor and crank sensors. Might be as simple as fuel filter or bad gas. with cold weather coming use fuel injector cleaner in two tanks and see if it gets better. Check coils and see if plugs get fouled.

 

But dude my mechanic Is telling me that my car is running on 5 pistons basically cause one of the rods is not getting lubrication .. What do u think he did wrong on the swap , he changed like cam gears.. Cams and timing cover with the spacers.. That's why my car is not full power and running like crap. What is he doing wrong

 

Who did the swap? You got screwed, because how do you not get oiling on one cylinder and everything else is fine? He didn't change the cams, he put spacers on the stock cams.
