Replace whole resonator assembly?

Well, the resonator pipe connecting to the muffler just rusted off lol. I searched the forums and thought about calling up my local muffler shop and doing that sleeve welding thing. But, my muffler is like a couple months old and i was thinking since the resonator is starting to leak and maybe the flange connecting the pipe to the cat might go out soon I was thinking maybe I should probably just replace the whole pipe.

What do you guys think?

Replace the whole assembly. Walker makes an OE replacement.

Well I called up my local Napa and they said they had a bosal replacement but they had to order it from their warehouse. The total estimate for gaskets and the pipe would be like $190. Do you guys think its a good price?

Another option would be to buy a cheap cat-back off fleabay and only use the resonator/b-pipe section (I forget how it's all set up now). But you should be able to bolt your current muffler and axle back to the ebay setup

You'll save at least $50 from buying it online.

I got the entire bosal catback for only $205 from that site 3 years ago.
