Hello everyone this is my first question I'm new on this forum.
I failed the emissions test because my car showed code p325 ( Nissan maxima 98 GLE automatic) this is Knock Sensor according to the store Autozone, I had to buy it and I replaced I checked that the harness connected to the k lock sensor was in good condition, I just replaced the knock sensor, I've been driving one week and I went back to Autozone but code still there, my question is: what I'm missing? My car is in perfect conditions and is just one month left to get my emissions test.

Do you have any other codes? Did you or autozone "clear" the code after you replaced the ks?

 

No I don't have another codes. And no one clear any code after the knock sensor was replaced... I just asked to the guy on auto zone to clear the code. I went back to get the emisions test and they just told me to drive one more week the car. They said the knock sensor was fixed but the car has to run more miles until make sure the check engine light won't re appear
