need help maxima 99 a32

hello evry one this is the first post for me hope u can help me about this

i have nissan maxima 99 a32 automatic and when i chk my car to make service with my hand i saw 2 pipe i dont know what is the dirction of this 2 pipe this is the photo






and also that odo cluster meter when i choose trip A or B evry 1000km reset again to be 0.00 is this normal or some thing wrong but odo its working ok

You posted in the classifieds but anyways the first.tube (the highest circle) is a transmission vent hose, it doesn't connect to anything... I have no clue what that second thing is and the trip meter only goes up to 1000 I believe... Same for cars that don't have digital odometers

The second thing, on tip looks like the intake air temp sensor. It should be in the intake piping on the last bend before it goes into the intake filter box.

The top red circle appears to be the transmission vent tube. There will be a brass barb on the transmission that the hose needs to be plugged into.

The bottom red circle appears to be the fresh air intake for the EVAP canister. There will be a hole in the frame rail for this.

Also your VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor is unplugged).
