As indicated, I just recently ran across these. Rain-X Latitude blades (NOT refills). Part number 5079276. They are brand new, in the packaging and in the box. I am keeping two of them for my wife's Jeep. The other four are for sale.
Asking $18 shipped per blade (Retail at $20 plus tax) or willing to sell all four remaining blades together for $15 a peice shipped ($60 shipped). I've provided an image of the actual blades and box. You are solely responsible for determining and verifying whether these fit, prior to purchase. You can do a cross reference online. Naturally, these fit MANY different vehicles, some only the left or right side, or rear wiper (where applicable).
