I'm in San Antonio, Texas. I originally bought this from a local Shop Called Nori-Bilt (www.noribilt.com) It has full harness. I have never used/tampered with harness. I am going a different route.

Shoot me offer, also keep in mind I've had this sitting in my living room for about 5 months...meaning I am in no rush to sell it. I've seen a few going on ebay for about $215 +shipping...but shoot me an offer.
