7th gen Radio and A/C change

Hello everybody,

I'm writing from Europe. Recently bought Nissan Maxima SV 2011-08 (2012 model) Premium + Technology package with dual zone AC and rear-view cam.
The problem is that when ACC is on - A/C&Audio dashboard and buttons under the screen are not working, screen backlight on is on, but that is all.
After dismounting central console I saw that the Radio motherboard, buttons and A/C&Audio dashboard circuits are flooded with some liquid, and there are traces of oxidation on them, as you can see on photo.

Cleaning gave no results.
When I try to put in the disk to the Radio it don't take it, fan is not spinning, but I hear the sound of working HDD.
The Radio is Clarion 25915 1JA1D, as you can see on photo.

The A/C&Audio control board is Panasonic F21PB1040, and the button's under the screen board is Panasonic F21PB1017A.
The new details are expensive and I think that I can find what I need on auto salvages and wreckings in US and get it through my brother, which lives in Minneapolis, but there are several diffirent variants of Radios and A/C boards.
I afraid to make a mistake and buy the wrong part. Please give me advice how to find the parts I need and how to avoid mistakes at buying.

Sorry for my english.
I will be glad for any advice.
Thanks.

Since the vehicle is so new. Your issues should be covered under warranty.

It would be nice, but the car was bought on insurance auction with damage and I think there is no warranty in that case.

If you still had a warranty on the car. Wouldn't you possibly void your warranty if you opened up your system to the point where you took out your motherboard?

There were no warranty for me, and flooding the boards is not case of warranty I think.

Go to your local dealer and have them confirm the part numbers you need then have your guy in Minneapolis get them for you.

The local dealer can give me the only part numbers which are installed in my car, and prices. But, for example, my audio/video/navi computer is Clarion 25915-1JA1D. I'm searching it at car-part.com, how I understand it's "recvr, Nav, (AM-FM-stereo single disc CD), from 6/11", and I have only 3 results, 2 of them are WATER Flooded, only 1 left, with the screen, but I don't need the screen.
That is the question, maybe there are other variants of recievers which will fit to my car?
Or please advice me where to search.
