Thunking noise coming from the rear of my car

Hey guys I have an 09 maxima with 41k on it and today i noticed a wierd noise coming from my rear end, almost sounded like from the trunk. When i accelerate slowly and/or turn left or right i hear a thunking noise. Almost sounds like something is rolling around in my truck and bouncing off the inside of the trunk. So i took everything out of my trunk thinking thats what it was, but i was wrong....Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks

I was thinking maybe the spare tire not being secure too.....but then I realized you said at slow speed. Have you checked under the car, or the rear suspension?
