Hey guys, looked but didn't see anything that answered my question. Thinking of purchasing a set of rims that are 17x9 with an offset of 20. Do you think I'll have difficulty with this size rim, or will they rub, I'm on s-tech's right now and my front is the worry for rubbing, my rears i believe will be good as the drop isn't as low as the front. If spacers are needed what size do you think,I currently have 25mm on the rears. Thanks

Search for wheel threads, there is one with an OFFSET calculator linked to it. Questions like these rarely get answered. Trying to be the nice one here letting you know to try it first before they get on your case about not searching. /shrug

eh because I'm feeling nice here you go! (by the way I searched offset calculator)

Thank you for being nice bro, I actually had found that and it seems ok to me without having the actual rim and tire package on hand, I was really looking for feedback from anyone actually running a similiar setup. Sometimes one may run into other issues that the calculator cant help with. But your help was awesome, thanks again.

this is considered a custom fitment. the only people that would be able to answer this is either someone who has had the exact setup you do, or a tire shop that's in front of the vehicle. things like clearance and tire size are vital for safety. i would recommend going to a reputable tire shop around your area and talking to them. they know what type of roads are around your area and what type of tire can fit in there. if it wont work then you can talk to them about what rim will fit. there's a bunch of measurements and i wouldn't trust anyone but a professional to make this fitment.
I work for a tire company so i see a lot of "well, They said it would fit on a forum"

I'll be a nice guy and answer your question (I'm also bored at work)

With that wheel size and offset you'd only be 5mm closer to the suspension/brakes so you won't need spacers. Whether they rub against the fenders will depend on the tire size you go with. For a 17x9 wheel you'd probably be looking at 275/40R17. Using these tires will fill out the wheelwell by about 5mm so it may or may not rub. That's something you would have to test out yourself or find someone who has tried that setup. You can also go with 275/35R17 size tires and this setup will leave you with about an extra 9mm of space under the fenders.

Hopefully I did my calculations correctly and hope it helped.
