I need a little wiring help

I just bought a 97 Maxima SE and the wierdest thing I noticed is the door locks and interior lights only work with the key on any you guys know where I should start?

Check FSM wiring diagram for battery power supply. Then check those fuses supplying battery power. Most body functions have a battery power and ignition power supply.

Thanks guys after looking and reading the el pdf I seen that everything went back to the BCM. So looking into that on the car it was missing the BCM fuse under the hood now everything works fine. Thanks for the help
