Question about Underdrive Pulleys

I recently bought a Cosmo Racing underdrive pulley and was about to go to install it, until my buddy messaged me and linked me this....http://www.supramania.com/forums/sho...ey-good-to-use
what do you guys think? true? false? ive never done this before just wondering what people who have them currently think of this. Kinda scared me tbh, wondering now if its a good idea or not???

Different engine...different pulley type. Ours don't have a harmonic balancer.

The only thing you'd really have to worry about is workmanship on the product itself...in the case it fails.

would you consider cosmo racing a pretty reputable brand? i think from what i remember unorthodox is the best, but got this one for a steal brand new.
